The house has hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, a master suite, and amazing light exposure. The kitchen features beautiful quartz counters and stainless appliances, and the dining table is perfect for larger groups — great for simple breakfasts on the go or celebratory group dinners. Every detail was considered when designing the space, so you'll have plenty of room to spread out. The basement rec room features a foosball table, an 8-foot slate pool table that converts to ping pong, and two classic arcade machines loaded with many classic games.

Spread across three levels, there are three bedrooms on the second floor and one off the lower-floor rec room. The main floor has a half bath, the upstairs has two full bathrooms, and there's another full bath next to the rec room bedroom. Sleeping is comfortable with six queen beds plus a queen-sized pullout couch in the basement. The bottom floor sits above grade with full-size windows and good light.

For families, we're less than a half-block from three different playgrounds and within walking distance of the free Lincoln Park Zoo and Chicago's beautiful lakefront. The Salt Shed, Steppenwolf Theater, Second City, Improv Olympic, North Avenue Beach, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's are all an easy walk, with world-class dining at Alinea and Boka down the street. The Red, Brown, and Purple Line trains are a quick two-block walk, a Divvy bike-share station sits directly across the street, and DePaul University is just down the block — putting Wrigley Field, downtown, and the rest of the city within easy reach.
